POF shrink film shrinkage process, the shrinkage oven temperature settings, directly affect the shrinkage effect of POF heat shrink film. POF environmental protection shrink film shrinkage oven temperature, generally set between 130-180 degrees. Products into the heat shrink, there is a process, generally the first heating, then shrink, and then out of the shrink oven, there is a cooling time. In the actual production operation, how should the temperature be set, in order to make the POF shrink film to present the best shrinkage effect? Can be considered from the following aspects.

The first choice is the correct selection and temperature setting of the shrink oven.

The temperature setting depends on the shrinkage oven itself, so the choice of shrinkage oven is very important. Different materials of POF shrink film can choose different functions of the shrinkage oven. POF environmental protection heat shrink film, choose the furnace blower circulating constant temperature shrinkage oven, to avoid shrinkage due to uneven heating of the film, which affects the shrinkage effect. If the contraction process is set at a higher temperature, the shrink film will be burned in the process of product contraction; if the set temperature is too low, the surface of the contracted film will be wrinkled and uneven.

Secondly, the thickness of POF shrink film should be considered.

General 0.015mm (1.5 wire) below the POF shrink film of the best shrinkage temperature of about 150 degrees Celsius, the greater the thickness of the shrinkage temperature, the higher the shrinkage temperature, 0.02mm (2 wire) above the shrinkage film shrinkage temperature of about 170 degrees Celsius. The specific size depends on the actual shrinkage.

Then, there is also the seasonal factor to consider.

The temperature of the heat shrink machine, there are different adjustments in different seasons, when the weather is cold,  POF shrink film temperature should be increased appropriately, and vice versa. There are also different manufacturers of shrinkage machine heating components are not the same, the actual heating effect is not the same, some may not reach the specified temperature, the actual contraction should be noted.
